Ortega
Pale lemon green hue with
a smoky mineral nose, hints of honeyed peaches & cream.
The palate opens up to deliver a rich, but not overtly
sweet, texture, with fresh acidity (balancing the
residual sugar) giving a broad concentrated complexity
to the wine. The layered structure will underpin future
development and with time a refined rich
dessert style will appear |
Pinot Grie
The lemony gold colour shows the developing maturity
of this wine which has a depth of intensity to its hue.
Spice and flowers mingle on the nose with hints of
richness. A medium rich palate with textured hints of
honeyed fruit layered with exotic spice. A
lingering finish that remains in the mouth for a long
time. So much depth & character already this will
continue to improve & will be a perfect foil to smoked
fish. |
Pinot Noir
Brilliant salmon rose pink hues with tons of soft summer
fruit pudding notes on the bouquet. Just off-dry on the
palate the ripe strawberry fruit comes into play and
whilst the overall structure is not intense there is a
wonderful freshness to the wine. Ideal for drinking
young, this is delicious now – perfect for all occasions |
